GenSearch Model Training

Here you can configure your primary model type and read the status of the Last Catalog Sync and Last Trained Date.

Status

The status section gives you critical information for use in managing and debugging anything where the output is not what is expected:

• Status: This tells you the status of the model (Training, Training Failure, Trained, Saved But Not Trained)

• Last Trained: This is the date of the last model training for DeepSearch

• Last Catalog Sync: This is the last time the product information was updated from the brand

• Last Product Field Validation: This is the last time the product fields were validated.

If Catalog Is Out Of Sync

There are two reasons a catalog update would fail:

1. Safe Update Threshold Exceeded: If too many products are removed (above the threshold). This can be solved by adjusting the product threshold, turning the safe update setting off, or by reducing the number of products being removed.

2. Catalog Feed Sync Fails: A sync failure can be caused by issues caused by the presence of special characters in the feed or formatting discrepancies. In addition or alternatively, the feed may not be accessible through your chosen method (URL, API, or manual upload). Check your sync method and product feed to ensure formatting is correct and special character rules are respected.

GenSearch Primary Model Type

Here you can set which primary GenSearch model you want to use. Currently, there are two fundamental models available:

• DeepInsight:This model uses advanced LLMs to semantically analyze and understand human language for better engagement and accurate information retrieval in diverse search queries.

• XFashionInsight: This model tailors LLMs to decode and comprehend the specific language of fashion products, enhancing accuracy in customer interaction and product recommendations.

If your brand is related to fashion / accessories, please use XFashionInsight. Otherwise, use DeepInsight.
