1. Install the App From The Shopify App Store

Log into your Shopify account and, in the same browser, visit this private link to our Shopify App Store Listing: XGen App Listing

Click the “Install” button and proceed through the permissioning process. XGEN AI requests access to View Personal Data and View and Edit Store Data.

2. Get your credentials From XGEN Admin Dashboard

Log into your XGEN account and navigate to the bottom of the left side-menu. Select the Admin Dashboard page and copy the following details:

  1. Customer ID

  2. App Key

  3. App Secret

3. Put XGEN Credentials into Shopify App

  1. In Shopify Admin, open Apps, choose XGEN AI

  2. Paste your Customer ID, App Key, and App Secret into the fields provided
